Locals ponder prospective popes as conclave convenes

Ambassador Quinn was hopeful that Cardinal Turkson of Ghana would be elected the next pope due to his connections through the World Food Prize. Turkson previously spoke at the World Food Prize and coordinated a meeting between Quinn and Pope Francis.
