American Farm Bureau Distinguished Service to Agriculture Award

This award, the highest honor of the American Farm Bureau Federation, was presented to Ambassador Quinn at the AFBF annual convention in Nashville, Tennessee. It was given in recognition of his exceptional service to American agriculture. AFBF President Bob Stallman said, “Dr. Quinn exemplifies the genuine meaning of humanitarianism. His work at the World Food Prize helps to advance the quality, quantity, and availability of food throughout the world. Carrying on Dr. Norman Borlaug’s vision and work in agriculture, Dr. Quinn has continued to raise awareness of modern agriculture’s importance to the world food supply.”
