Administration and Committee Efforts to Encourage Cooperation

This document details the 1992 efforts to locate missing POW/MIA in Southeast Asian countries. Ambassador Quinn's involvement is not specifically pointed out, however he was involved in many of the events as a member of the Senate Select Committee.
