Military Ceremony at Embassy Phnom Penh

Ambassador Quinn welcomed an array of Senior Cambodian Government Officials, led by Deputy Prime Minister Sok An to a special ceremony at his Ambassadorial residence in Phnom Penh. He was joined by US Military Attache Col. Victor Raphael.
