Visiting Preah Vihear Temple

Ambassador and Mrs. Quinn were the special guests of Minister of Interior Sar Kheang and his wife for a visit to the Preah Vihear Temple Complex on the border with Thailand. It was disputed for a long period between whether the temple belonged to Thailand or Cambodia. While the International Court of Justice awarded ownership to Cambodia, where the temple can only be reached by helicopter due to the temple sitting on a cliff.
