Cambodian Community of Long Beach

Shortly after retiring from the State Department, Ambassador Quinn traveled to Long Beach, California to address the Cambodian community of that city. At one point during the time that the Khmer Rouge controlled all of Cambodia and had emptied all of the cities, Long Beach was considered to be perhaps the most populous Cambodian city in the world.
