Grand View University Commencement

In 2004, Ambassador Quinn delivered the commencement address at a Grand View University graduation at which time he also received an honorary degree from the university. He is pictured with Grand View President Kent Henning and graduating class representative, Oksana Zagodragev, who would become a member of the World Food Prize staff and whom Ambassador Quinn guided to obtaining a PhD degree in Cancer Research.
