Ambassador Quinn Honored at Final Laureate Award Ceremony

In October 2019, Ambassador Quinn received special recognition at the beginning of the Laureate Award Ceremony at the Iowa State Capitol. After a special video presentation, he received a standing ovation as he proceeded into the Chamber, including being warmly greeted by H.E. President Felix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Later in the ceremony, the acclaimed Philippine star of Broadway and London stage, Rachelle Ann Go, warmly greeted Ambassador Quinn, thanking him for his dedicated service in the Philippines in support of President Corazon Aquino and her Democracy Movement.
