Ambassador Quinn Special Guest at Hebei Province Friendship Dinner

Ambassador Quinn was a Special Guest of honor at  a dinner hosted by the Hebei Province Friendship Committee, during which he delivered a toast. Hebei Province and Iowa have a sister-state relationship. Each year the World Food Prize hosts 10 students from the Province Special Foreign Language School at its Global Youth Institute.
