From delivering commencement addresses, to keynote presentations at conferences, to TV news interviews, Ambassador Quinn has had a significant number of opportunities for public speaking both recorded and not. This section of the archive is divided into two parts: first, it has a compilation of links to videos of those presentations which were recorded; the second provides written texts of other speeches, with the hope that the written words will convey his message.
