While he is attending a meeting of the National League of Families, Amb. Quinn is approached by a young woman with a photograph of three men. She pointed to one of the men and explained that he is her father and that he has been classified as a POW in Vietnam. After meeting with the rest of the missing man’s family, Amb. Quinn returns to the State Department and states that he is going to Hanoi to search for him and other unaccounted American servicemen. His investigation in Vietnam would lead to some shocking discoveries along the way.
