In 1998 while traveling to a parliamentary event, Cambodian leader Hun Sen’s motorcade is attacked. Amb. Quinn was waiting at the event when he received the news of rockets being fired at Hun Sen, who thankfully is unharmed. An investigation is soon started into the perpetrators of the attack. During this investigation, Amb. Quinn received a phone call from an unknown caller. Amb. Quinn soon realizes the consequences of this call should someone take it out of context. He then must work to make sure that not only himself, but the United States as well are cleared of any wrongdoing in the assassination attempt.
