During his time in southeast Asia, Amb. Quinn witnessed dramatic changes throughout the region. Amb. Quinn explains the pride that he felt being a part in the diplomatic transformation that took place, and how it impacted history. From being able to open up the search for American POW/MIAs to having discussions with the Chinese government on varying issues, Amb. Quinn’s work helped establish a connection that continues to this day.
