Amb. Quinn recalls how many people were impacted by the fighting that happened within Cambodia. In particular, he remembers how women were subjected to years of oppression and degradation by groups such as the Khmer Rouge. Amb. Quinn then made it a point to help give these women a platform to speak on and help spread their message to others like them.
