After the 1997 fighting, there continued to be threats against the lives of various political figures in Cambodia. One such individual was brought to Amb. Quinn’s residence expressing fear that he was marked for assassination by the Cambodian People’s Party. In an effort to keep him alive, Amb. Quinn has to devise a plan about how the man can be secretly moved to the American embassy building where he could be protected. It involves some difficult and potentially life-threatening choices.
