September 21, 2001 Amb. Kenneth Quinn
Ambassador Quinn speaks on the possibility of agro-terrorism and the threat it could have on the nation. He mentions that the animals in America were more susceptible to disease and that agricultural officials need to heighten monitoring to detect diseases at first sign. He urges for the possibility of bioterrorism and agriterrorism to be considered real and not something to take lightly.
