Richard Solomon writes a blog post about attending the opening of the Norman E. Borlaug Hall of Laureates. Solomon first gives background on the Foundation as well as its founder, Dr. Norman Borlaug. He makes special mention of Ambassador Quinn, who had the idea to turn the old public library into the Foundation's home, as well as Deborah Beckett, the Director of Design at Gensler, who worked on the project.
