Ambassador Quinn writes on the historic NCAA basketball game he attended. It was the 1966 NCAA tournament championship game between Kentucky and Texas Western in which Texas Western won with an all African-American starting lineup. This was the first time in NCAA history for an all African-American starting lineup to win a championship. Ambassador Quinn writes about his experience at the game as well as the excitement that arose around him.
