In light of George Floyd's death, Simon Estes and Ambassador Kenneth Quinn write of the importance in recognizing George Washington Carver's legacy in the fight against systemic racism. As part of this, they urge the Iowa Legislature to pass a resolution to place a statue of George Washington Carver in the U.S. Captiol building.
