Frank Wisner My Foreign Service Role Model

Ambassador Quinn remembers his friend and role model, Frank Wisner, who passed in February of 2025. Ambassador Quinn hopes that others will ensure the legacy of Ambassador Wisner is kept alive and will continue to inspire others, as Wisner inspired Quinn.
