World Food Prize Chairman’s Award

This award recognized Ambassador Quinn’s tireless work in transforming the Des Moines Public Library, one of Iowa’s most historic buildings, into the Norman Borlaug Hall of Laureates, a landmark for Iowa’s legacy of humanitarianism and innovation in continuing to feed a hungry world. It was presented on the 25th anniversary of the World Food Prize by John Ruan III, Chairman of the World Food Prize Foundation.
