Trip with Special Representative for POW/MIA Accounting

In his capacity as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Ambassador Quinn traveled to IndoChina with President Clinton's newly appointed Special Representative, Herschel Gober, for POW/MIA accounting from the Vietnam War.
