During his tenure as Chief of Mission in Cambodia, Ambassador Quinn took part in numerous POW/MIA joint search operations involving US Military Teams with Cambodian Government support. At the conclusion of one such successful search operation on an island, Ambassador Quinn and Deputy Chief of Mission Carol Rodley joined in briefings about the results obtained and a luncheon hosted for all the participants.
