Dinner in Honor of the Prime Minister

In July 1999, Ambassador and Mrs. Quinn hosted a dinner at the US Ambassador's Residence in honor of Prime Minister Hun Sen, his wife Bun Rany and their son, who had just graduated from the US Military Academy. The dinner was especially prepared by a chef from Iowa who happened to be working in Cambodia at the time.
