In honor of Governor Robert Ray's birthday, Ambassador Quinn organized a luncheon in his honor at the Des Moines Club. A significant number of former Ray staff from the Governor's office attended. Ambassador presented an original artwork by Iowa artist Nadine Hawbaker, whom he had commissioned to create the special commemorative piece.
