Dr. Norman E. Borlaug and Ambassador Kenneth Quinn join with Under Secretary of State Josette Sheeran in announcing the names of the 2006 World Food Prize Laureates honored for their work in Brazil. The Ambassador of Brazil is also present at the event in the Benjamin Franklin Room at the U.S. State Department in Washington D.C.
