Address at the CAAS Forum for Agricultural Leaders in China

In December 2016, Ambassador Quinn delivered an address at the 5th Global Forum of Leaders for Agricultural Science and Technology held in Sanya, China. The event was sponsored by the Chinese Academy for Agricultural Sciences whose President Ambassador Quinn met with during the conference. The Ambassador also attended the International Tropical Agricultural Products Fair held at the same time. During that event, he was invited to join a Chinese women's dance group who were performing in the exhibit area.
