Addressing the 72nd Annual Midwestern Legislative Conference

In July 2017, at the invitation of State Senator Janet Petersen, Ambassador Quinn gave the luncheon address at the 72nd Annual meeting of Midwestern State Legislators that was held in Des Moines. This event brings together bipartisan leaders of State Legislators from states located throughout the midwestern United States.
