In 2018, Ambassador Quinn delivered a Keynote Address at the World Potato Congress held in Cusco, Peru. The title of his remarks, which focused on Dr. Norman Borlaug, creation of the World Food Prize and it being awarded to a number of scientists working on Biofortification and the Orange-Flesh Sweet Potato was "From Cresco to Cusco."
