In 2019, Ambassador Quinn traveled to Hebei Province where he visited the Summer Pavilion created by President Xi Jinping, the Shijiazhuang Foreign Language School in Hebei and the China National Olympic Ping Pong Training Center. While there he met with the Vice Governor of Hebei, key members of her staff and Wendy Zheng of the Iowa Econ. Dev. Agency office in Beijing.
