Conversation between General Scowcroft and Indonesian Attache on ASEAN and US Involvement

Ambassador Quinn, as part of the National Security Council, attended a conversation between Deputy Assistant to the President on National Security Affairs and the Dep. Chief of the State of Intelligence Coordinating Body of Indonesia on the need for the US support to Indonesia and ASEAN.
